Pricing follows the volume you send: one evaluated action is one decision request, whether Gatewise returns ALLOW, BLOCK, REQUIRE APPROVAL, NO ACTION or INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE.
Every plan includes shadow mode, so you can run Gatewise beside your agents before it blocks anything.

What one evaluated action means
An agent proposes an action. Gatewise checks the policy and the evidence, then returns a decision with a reason. That single round trip is one evaluated action.
Counted
Every decision request your agent sends, including actions that are blocked, escalated for approval or found to be duplicates.
Not counted
Reading your policies, viewing the decision log, approvals recorded by a human, and shadow mode runs during your first 14 days.
Never limited
Gatewise keeps evaluating when you pass your included volume. Additional actions are charged at your plan rate.
